Nowhere to go but Everywhere

This is a friend of mine who learns a new skill each year (a new language, yoga, salsa dancing, sushi chef, etc.). He’s not one who sees limitations in life but rather an open road of possibilities and unknown new skills to learn. Many years ago I read Jack Kerouac’s “On The Road” and the line “nowhere to go but everywhere” stayed with me. It sums him up perfectly.
